When I said I loved Prem for standing up to Kareena's family, Nisha Sharma wasn't wrong when she said, "Wait until you meet Deepak." I love that Veera got not only the friend she's always loved to finally see and love her, but also the partner who would help her stand up to her misogynistic father while also supporting her in mending relationships with her sister, her mother, and her friends. Veera and Deepak were so endearing together... his meticulous cleanliness & her nonchalant clutter... his pastries & her latte art... AND THE PANTSUIT PRETTY WOMAN SCENE! Amazing.

Definitely my favorite of the trilogy! Very much everything that I wanted from a friends-to-lovers book while also highlighting the still prevalent misogynistic tendencies that exist in Asian culture.

I bloody love this series and I'm not going to lie I'm a tiny bit sad I've finished it. It's so good. I think this might be my favourite one? I love Veera and I love Deepak
and I love getting that sort of finale where they finally get together! I like that all the other characters and all the friendship are all in it! I do slightly agree with some of the other reviews that the weird smutty dom situation comes really rather out of nowhere but I didn't hate it...!

They became quick friends when they met and best friends soon after. Until Deepak got engaged to another woman to help with his career plans. They basically stopped speaking for a year then got drunk fake married the first day they saw each other again. Their story was cute but frustrating cause they both refused to acknowledge or discuss their feelings for each other. The subplots revolving the company and Veera’s daddy issues were interesting and helped propel the story forward. This was a great conclusion to the series.
