Oh my, where to start with this beautiful and magical read... When I first saw a blurb about this book, all I knew was it involved a witch who's also a mother who will do anything to save her child and that time travel and a town curse were involved...needless to say, I was fully invested before even starting to read.
We get magic, mystery, a town curse, amnesia, time travel, and a bit of romance packed into this magical and mystical story. I adored getting to know Brigid as she slowly unravels the mystery of what happened by re-acquiring all the memories she seems to have lost.
I cannot wait for more of you to get your hands on this fantastic book and fall in love with the world Paige Crutcher brings us.
There are so many annotations, highlights, and notes I made while reading and I love that I can just flip through and see quotes that have me going through a range of emotions as I reminisce about Brigid's journey.

I received this as an arc in exchange for an honest review.
The story had a lot of premise but the execution was lacking to the point of distraction. It seemed the author had so many ideas in their head it left the overall lore muddy and what should have been a rather straight forward story, overly complicated.
