Such an important book. It is so scary as a parent, a caregiver, and a special education teacher, that we are here yet again. My parents had to deal with this when I was a child, and now 30 years later. 
I would love to see Deer and RFKJr in a room together. 
Wakefield provide this blame game for parents just looking for someone to peg their pain on. It is horrific to see it continue in today's MAHA movement as we watch children die and their parents say on national television that their death is better than them having the vaccine.

Andrew Wakefield has a lot of blood on his hands. His greed and ego has done so much harm. This book brings to light just exactly how disgusting the man truly is and how much harm he's done, and how he preyed on desperate and vulnerable parents in order to make a name for himself. Some of the science is a bit much for us non-doctors, but the rest is utterly heartbreaking to read.
