Loved that I got to hear about Sinead O'Connor's life from the woman herself. I felt the book dragged a little, and was repetitive at times, but overall I enjoyed the read.

Sinéad is evidently one of those rare people who rose to fame not because they wanted to, but because it was in their fate to have a platform to be able to help others.  She has a commitment to honesty and integrity that I wish the rest of the world had.  It is truly heartbreaking to read the end of the book knowing that she passed.  Rest in peace 🕊️

I wholeheartedly recommend listening to the audiobook of REMEMBERINGS by Sinéad O'Connor so that you can hear her own story, spoken by her. She's very thoughtful and honest, and at times, funny. I learned a lot about why she was the way that she was, and her lifelong project of searching for some form of peace through art and religion is really quite touching. I hope she's at peace now.
