It never ends well when Jason goes up against the Joker... I always feel so bad for him!
I didn't like this version of Jason's origin story as much as I did previous ones. I also continue to be unimpressed with how the Joker confrontations have gone with the Bat family (apart from Batman himself). The Joker's logic is inconsistent and what he's trying to do to each of the Robins and Batgirl is unclear, which as crazy as he is, the Joker has always made sense to me.
I did like Jason's interactions with everyone. Jason's wit and straightforwardness always make for a good read.

- Ugh. Joker.
- I don't understand changing Jay's origin story from stealing Batman's tires to stealing drugs, but I actively loathe the retcon that
Joker set up Jason's whole run as Robin what the hell - An extra .5 purely for the very last panel.
Graphic: Torture
Moderate: Child abuse and Drug abuse

The inclusion of the Death of the Family crossover issues made for a sloppy read, so that took some points away from this one.

This is tied in to the Bat family crossover event Death of a Family. Full disclosure I only read the Red Hood, Nightwing, and TT issues (because that is what I own) and in doing this I got the general gist of what was going on. As with anything surrounding the Joker, it was mighty disturbing. But I did like seeing the Robins all together.
I'm worried how events will play on the minds of the boys, especially Jason.
