I can't lie when I say, I cried during most of this. It was heartbreaking but also so sweet... I absolutely loved Adam and Riley. Their history, friendship, heartbreak, and love for each other was beautiful. Definitely going to be reading more Rachel Reid books in the future.

I appreciate this book because it did NOT have a contrived third-act breakup due to a miscommunication. It did feel a bit repetitive at times. Riley would get mad. Adam would apologize. Adam would apologize. Riley would get mad. Still, it was a cute book and I love Rachel Reid and hockey romance.
