dropped my original 3 star review down to a 2 star.
this series somehow hits different, despite being some of the same characters from the "off-campus" books. those just were more fun to read for some reason? fitzy went from being one of the guys i was the most excited about to being totally disappointed to how he came across on page. i don't think i'll re-read anymore of these. :'')

No se cómo empezar. Amo la forma de escribir de Elle Kennedy, sus historias son atrapantes y fáciles de leer. En esta en específico siento que no conecte mucho con la relación de los personajes principales. No conecté con Fitz. Hubo momentos en los que de verdad deseé que Summer le diera una oportunidad a Hunter. Hasta Jake Connelly me atrajo más en las dos apariciones que tuvo.
De todas formas recomiendo el libro, está bien para pasar el rato y es tan adictivo que lo terminé en un día.

I know the book is literally called The Chase, but the pacing was a bit too slow for my taste. I really liked Summer as a character, but I wanted a bit more development from Fitz. But it's Elle Kennedy, and it was fun and enjoyable regardless.
