An uncomfortable read but a necessary one. Everything your subconscious knows about this issue is brought up on the surface for 40p. I know I’ll reread this.

I'm a white settler on stolen Myaamia and Shawnee land. This was really uncomfortable but it should be and I think all settlers should read it. It made me reflect a lot on how I relate to the stolen land I live and travel on.

An informative essay on various aspects of decolonization, this functions as a helpful, well-written introduction to decolonization theory, as well as real-world implications of decolonization.

Not putting a star rating on this one because I'll have to read it again sometime to fully grasp it. Admittedly, academic language is hard for me to parse during this season of my life.
