the pacing is very odd and the tone shift at the end a little disconcerting, but all in all it's an enjoyable play nevertheless
Very good. Good fun, quite easy to follow (although still needed guides). Fantastic wordplay ..... which is easy to follow even in the original text.
On the heels of Measure for Measure, this is another Shakespearean play that I prefer. Perhaps it’s because the women are portrayed with greater wit and moral strength, who won the whole it is amusing.
