I loved this flashback prequel novella for The Wall series. Getting that real introduction to Aleesha’s character, finding out more of how she tics. Plus seeing the world crafted and explained more was amazing! This is a MUST READ series for fans of dystopian novels, especially fans of Ms. Ingleby’s gritty and adventurous writing. This was a great companion to the first novel, ‘Expendables’ -which you should go get right now! I can’t wait for the next book to be out, what a ride!
