No class, Marquitz writes like a pig, especially in regards to women. The main character only cares about fighting and sex. If a woman gives him trouble, he'll show her her place and rape her. To show that it's Marquitz that's the problem, not the character, the woman getting raped will then fall in line, realize she really loves the guy forcing himself in her, and magically enjoy it too. No female character was safe from sexual objectification.
The characters have no depth. The setting was never even established. The only redeeming feature was it was a good story. But the lack of description and depth threw off the pacing, making it a chore to finish.
