This book was so much better the second time reading it. I recently read this book-well not that recently almost 5 months ago- and I will say, Holly Jackson truly has a gift. I bought the sequel, and I really needed to reread the first book, because boy did I forget a lot of things. So I did a 24-hour READ-A-THON, and finished it, and let me say; Oh my gosh! I absolutely love this book so much! there is a very good reason why so many people give this book a lot of hype. The story was AMAZING, and I loved all the characters. I will TOTALLY recommend this to ANYONE! reading the sequel next, so stay tuned for another review. 5/5

Just pretty underwhelming. I only finished because I wanted to know the ending.

What a page-turner! It may not be entirely realistic with a teenager running around with her friend solving a murder case. However, the story is interesting with many plot twists keeping the reader wondering until the very end. The uncanny feeling is also there. I still have some unanswered questions though, but I suspect these may become more relevant in the two sequels.

Transcripts, project entries, even small details like the site sourcing and maps which was kinda neat. It took me a while to get into but the end was so many twists and turns. It was a fun ‘play detective’ book. 3.75/5 only because I felt it was way longer than needed and took me so long to get into.
