Don’t let the suppressed rating fool you, this book was very fun. Our narrator Evie is so fun to root for and she brings some amazing sidekicks into her adventures.

I just don’t think his kind of thriller genre is my thing. While the characters and stories are twisty and fun, everything is just vague enough and everything coming together in a way that’s just a touch too neat. I think the flashbacks, again while fun, made the book set-up just a tad too convenient.

Would recommend.

I appreciate that this was a thriller with a unique premise... the main character's job is a con artist and is to infiltrate someone's life to find out specific information for her boss. The book switches between her current job and all of the previous aliases she's held to get her to this point. She ends up falling for her current target, Ryan, and moves in with him in his house.

Honestly, kinda boring. Not worth it, imo.
