If Normal People by Sally Rooney and People We Meet On Vacation by Emily Henry had a child, it would be this book. I ZOOMED through it in less than 24 hours and loved it. There were times I wanted to scream at the main characters for being so dense, but I think that was kind of the point.

Plus, shoutout to my late-in-life OCD diagnosis girlie, Rosie! Way to represent, girlfriend.

Easy 5 stars. This broke me completely and put me back together.

you know how some books have you giggling and kicking your feet? this one has you fighting the urge to punch holes in the walls while screaming, thrashing, and gnawing at the bars of this story’s enclosure. 10/10.

recommend if you are trying to fill the sally rooney void in your life. do not recommend if you have just seen one day - wait a few weeks when you aren’t feeling as raw and tender.

it was nice but the whole gay thing felt a little bit weird and.... i felt exhausted towards the end

I can’t believe this is a debut novel.
It was fantastic and I will be reading her next book!!
