I feel like basically nothing happened most of the book, but I liked the writing and the romance plot so

Read 7/28/18 audiobook
I was captivated. The plot was thin, a bit far-fetched IMO, but I was compelled to follow the story. I just had to find out what happened to James. Not sure if this was supposed to be magical realism or just quirky, but the cliffhanger has me wanting to continue.

Light Summer Romance

I enjoyed this book as an easy read for the summer. I could predict much of the plot, but not every detail. The ending, in fact, was a bit unnerving, but it was the end, and life goes on...

Wow, just wow!

I am giving this book a five star rating because I was not able to figure out the ending prior to getting there! It has plots and twist in the most compelling and believable way! It allowed me to see some personal losses in my own life in a much different light.

Twists and Turns

I really enjoyed this book and Aimee's journey. The plot was great, but not over-done, and the end left me saying, "Wow, I wondered if that would happen?" My least favorite part of the book was the use of the "f-bomb" Totally unnecessary in any story as far as I'm concerned as well as any foul language so I read past it it. Call me old fashioned but good books can be written without it as this one could have easily been too. Despite that, I really enjoyed this story but will probably fore-go reading anything else from this author again for that reason. Maybe books should have a rating system like tv to warn of LSV?

I so enjoyed 90% of this book.. The majority of this story is well done - suspenseful, in-depth characters, etc. But then
Spoiler at the end of the book, when you start finding out the answers, when Amy & Ian figure it out, and suddenly Amy has peace, it just all seems to fall together so quickly after so much drama. The epi really got me.. You hope (for all parties) that Carlos never wakes up/remembers James, because finally there is some rebuilding, and then that's exactly what happens!
I'm just unsure how I feel about this book..

This book was interesting. I am not sure I want to read the next one to be honest. I found the characters to be slightly flat and I was disappointed in the use of derogatory language in an incident within.
