A mostly affectionate parody that is short and varied enough not to overstay its welcome.

As a mindfulness enthusiast, I found this book both informative and hilarious.

This was really funny. On days where I could do with a laugh I will definitely pick this up again to read some of the passages.

The Ladybird Books for Grown Ups are so funny, and this is no exception. I had a good giggle whilst reading this. I actually read the whole thing in the shop before I bought it. I could actually relate to some of these, and I've shared some of the pages with family and friends.

A really good little book, a funny, quick read.
