Perfect. I loved everything about this. I don't really know what else to say, but this capped off a phenomenal series, I adored our two MCs and felt the appropriate range of rage and sadness and righteous indignation, and I loved every second of it.
ALSO DO NOT READ OUT OF ORDER. This hits SO GOOD when read in order as the final book in the series, and it hits even better if you've read the series before. I've never been so delighted by a character arc in a historical romance series, I promise it's worth it.

Best of the series! The reveal at the eleventh hour of the 3rd book had me absolutely shaken. I was obsessed when I started this one. Such a killer twist! Georgiana was amazing. And I appreciated that, for once, there WAS a solid reason separating the couple in the final climax. I love MacLean, but sometimes what keeps the couples apart is so trivial. But there was something real between these two.
One thing I didn’t enjoy as much was Duncan’s hero complex about “saving” Georgiana. She can, and has, already saved herself, dude. Settle down.

This book was such an epic conclusion to both the Love by Numbers and Rules of Scoundrels series — and I LOVED IT. Georgiana felt like a combination of Khaleesi/Danaeryus Targaryen from Game of Thrones and Lady Whistledown, and Duncan West was the perfect man to match her. Such incredible chemistry and what a boss babe.
I definitely think you need to have *at least* read the Scoundrels series to appreciate this book in fullness.
