So much fun
To Don's detriment so many ghosts are popping up in their latest case that they need to call in the help of Brandon and his partner/boyfriend Mack to help sort out the chaos. This one is another wild ride from start to finish. Loving every single cameo while meeting some newbies that I hope will eventually get tales of their own. Wild ride from start to end.

I actually really enjoyed the mystery of this one, though that enjoyment turned into a double edged sword. If the loose plot threads hadn't been left dangling it would have been a solid 4 star read. Mack kept talking to the ghosts, getting info from them and then it would go nowhere. What happened to Brooklyn's mum, was Brooklyn ever reported missing? Were ghosts Hazel and Charlie related? The thing I love about murder mysteries, both detective and hijinx fill supernatural like this one, is the character development and closure for the victims and their families. We got literally none of that, it's so disappointing.

highly entertaining!
Pure Jon and Mack romp. These bad guys though… yikes! The whole concept of the mystery was sooo creepy
I really liked seeing all POVs of the two couples. We also got to spend a small amount of time with their wider group.

I loved this crossover story, as it included all my favourite characters in one. I felt sorry for Donovan because he really can't handle ghosts or anything spooky. There were Ghosts everywhere so it's not like he could escape them.
This is my favourite book in both series and it gets super spooky. It's amazing how many ghosts there are, I felt for Mack, the man had a lot of ghosts on his hands.
The Mystery kept me gripped and he also scared the life out of me. They had a tough case on their hands, which made the gang all get together. It was great seeing so many familiar faces. The side characters are always a delight to read about. The whole case got me stumped and it was horrible. All those poor people, you feel for what they went through.
The thing that happened near the end had me so worried. Jon was right when he said it was like one of those old tacky horror movies! Mack also learnt to not use Jon as a battery.
I loved the mystery part of this one as it was well thought out, spooky, scary and downright terrifying! It hD me gripped from start to finish!

Enjoyed it, as expected. Like the pacing, the plot fit the length, just a fun read.
