Going into this book I didn't have high hopes, but I was presently surprised! There are problematic themes throughout , and the execution is far from perfect (I was left confused a few times and feyre could be outright dumb at times) but, that aside, I honestly found myself enjoying the story for what it was. Looking forward to continuing on with the rest of the series.
Listened to this book but it was so cringe in the beginning. Maybe if I would've read it, it would've been different. But I can not listen to it anymore.

Re-read February 2024 ~ I listened to the dramatized audio version this time around and it was SO good. Love being back in this world and revisiting the characters that are so close to my heart!

I loved it so much! I couldn't put the book down at first, but when the whole tattoo stuff happened with Rhysand I really didn't like the idea of how this story was going to end. I acted like I always do with books when something happens that I don't like, I stop reading for a while. Now that I finally finished the book, I can say I kinda like where Rhysand's character is going. Also please Tamlin my heart can't handle you. I love Tamlin's and Fayre's relationship so much. 'll definitely read book 2!
