Ils sont tellement audacieux, ma parole.

Man parasti nepatik fantaziju gramatas, bet sis ir iznemums, VISAS 4 DALAS BIJA TIK LABAS

I love this series and I thought the first two books were incredible and impossible to put down. That being said, I started Allegiant with very high hopes and was disappointed. I struggled to stay connected to the plot. There was so much going on and the POV changes made it worse. Divergent and Insurgent are two of my very favorite books. I wish I would have stopped after Insurgent. This series deserves a better ending.

Again, not adding a rating for my reread as an adult.

I have no words. I'm not happy with the way things ended, so i won't say much, but i'll say that, for me, these books were about Four. He was what i loved in this book and for him is that i still feel like I didn't waste my time.

ALLEGIANT by Veronica Roth

Now outside of the city, Tris, Tobias, and some of the others must grapple with a new life as they learn truths about what was happening: experiments, etc.
ALLEGIANT is the third book in the YA dystopian trilogy DIVERGENT. Throughout my reading of these, this has been my favorite and least favorite. Gosh, I remember when this was popular. Some of my classmates back in school complained about what happened to Tris, so that wasn't a shock. Still, that broke my heart: her selflessness, Tobias's reaction.
This book is slow-paced, but with two pov's it's much easier to fly through, which made it more pallatable. It's very daunting in length, but to this point, they've all been.
To be honest, I'm glad to be almost done...after I read FOUR of course.

A decent conclusion to the page-turning trilogy. I really wish the author had spent more time explaining decisions in this book and had chosen a different ending. Some events and decisions seemed rushed.

after putting it off. THEM FEELS THO!
