I loved it. Great sequel and I read the whole book in one sitting!! 
Spoilers:

I worry about Pip getting a bit unhinged though. Posting the audio clip is one thing, but vandalizing a house is another. I want her to get justice, but the way she's obsessed with the gunshots ringing in her head, I'm so worried for her. 
As an outsider, I understand the Green's obsession with killing the Child Murderer, and I understand that Pip sees murder as wrong and would be angry with Mr Green, but I hope Pip doesn't become him and go outside the law to get justice. I'm really hoping this doesn't cause her to snap.

This book was a crazy experience. Surreal. Absolutely unreal.

I have just finished reading and I don't even have the words to explain how amazing this whole thing was. I just sat and binge-read the last 200 pages in on sitting.

First of all, the plot of this book?! Holly, how do you even think of something like this? I would have NEVER guessed what was going to happen. I couldn't put it down. It was such a page-turner! 

Also, Pip's character development? What the heck? It was so well-written and the way she had the realization was super crazy.

I don't think I can put the level of amazingness of this book into words, you'll just have to read it yourself.

This was truly a mindblowing experience. This is definitely a 6 star read for me! I recommend you read it 100%!
