I really liked Really Cute People! This was recommended to me by one of my favorite booksellers and I’m annoyed it took me this long to finally read it.
I loved the cozy little plot, the cute characters and all of the “holy shit are they flirting with me?!” moments.

A really sweet story centered on embracing chosen family. Very open-minded characters.
3.5 stars.
I didn't expected I would like this book the way I did! A polyamorous romance with spicy scenes, picturesque characters and great vibes. The forced proximity trope was a plus. That said, I found the first half of the book was too slow. Also, I didn't connect with the main characters until late in the plot. In general it was a good reading with its flaws and its cute moments.
•ARC given by Harlequin & Carina Adores in exchange of an honest review.

Was super excited to read a polyam romance but the execution was atrocious 😭
Positives: love a found family.
Cons: From the "miscommunication" where the couple just didn't actually discuss the dynamic openly - which is meant to be cute & funny but screams red flag.
The worst part was how Buffy/Hayden are such a unit. Even though the author briefly touched on couples privilege - it felt totally pointless in the wake of the "be our datemate" and "we love you" 🤮
Was kinda surprised given the author is in a triad themselves - so maybe that toxic dynamic is just part of their own experience.
