A compact nonfiction book that discusses several types of memory and also looks at Alzheimer’s, showing what normal aging looks like vs. Alzheimer’s. This is a good book to keep on hand as you age when you might need a refresher on what is normal. Excellent!

If you don’t remember the stories and tips, she recaps them at the end.
One of the more helpful, actionable “self-help” books I’ve read.
