My heart officially died after reading this. I love every single character, it made me want to find love, it made me want to try to not live with regrets, it made me cry and fangirl and cry again and when I was finished, I wanted more and more. I recommend this to anyone struggling with life or dealing with someone who seems alone or sad.

Beautiful and heartfelt conclusion to one of my favourite manga! Lots of tears have been cried reading this series. It's a story that is very dear to my heart.
