"Exactly. Two idiots in love. Couple goals."

Nick and Charlie is a Heartstopper novella that has been on my radar for quite some time. Heartstopper is one of my favorite graphic novels and I always planned to read the novellas related to the graphic novel. And when I saw this one in my bookstore, I couldn't resist. And I really liked it. It's a bittersweet story about the excitement of going to college but also the fear of leaving. It's a good addition to the series, with a good structure, an interesting plot, and the loveable characters that we know and love. It's also super short, so it's pretty easy to read.
I really recommend this novella and the main graphic novel.

I read this mostly for a break from fantasy, but also because it’s Alice Oseman. I read Heartstopper earlier this year and it’s one of the only romance series I think I will ever be genuinely invested in.

The prose is nice and easy, the story is adorable if sad, and the characters are as fantastic as they were in Heartstopper.

Nick and Charlie stand as one of my favourite couples ever. This book was so comforting and beautiful to read. Alice has a way of making you fall in love with their beautiful, genuine, flawed characters. This is a simple yet emotional read, one of those book you can’t help but read in one sitting (which is quite easy to be fair). Overall, will never run out great things to say about Nick and Charlie, Heartstopper, or Alice Oseman for that matter.
