A good read! Forster is so great with character. It has a happy ending, too, which I was glad to see! I'm surprised by how little of it actually took place in Italy—I was expecting there to be more. Definitely a product of its time, but I think it still holds up as a beach read.

This is such a wonderful book, I truly couldn't stop smiling as I read it. Forster's writing is incredibly poetic as he describes feelings, thoughts, and scenery. His imagery never ceasing to be majestic.
