I love all of Kristan Higgins books she has such a unique sense of humor in her stores as well as plot line. If You Only Knew was a different type of book for Kristan Higgins, but I loved it. Rachel's story was so hard to read, but I couldn't stop wanting to know if she finally fought for herself. In the beginning I really liked Adam and hoped that it was a mistake, but I'm glad Rachel finds her way and feet. I adore Jenny and Leo - they came into each others lives at the right now. There was not fighting it, there was flirting, funniness between them and just adorable all the way around. This story was hard to put down and I had it finished in 2 days (and that's with being a mom to a toddler and pregnant with baby#2, not easy!) I just couldn't stop reading it.

Can't wait for her next book!

Good book. I don't like when people "dream" scenarios, which Jenny seemed to do a lot in this book. I listened to the audio book, and didn't realize there were two readers. Their voices were very similar.

I listened to this as an audiobook on Audible. The narrators were pretty good. I really really enjoyed this book. Kept my attention the entire time!

Very light read. A little sappy. I don't usually read these type of stories - I guess it's classified as a romance. I was left without a book while traveling and this was readily available in e-book from my library and so I gave it a try. If romances is all this author writes I don't think I'll try another. What I enjoyed most is the love and joy between the sisters but it was just too corny.

I am always a sucker for the chic lit genre, liking the romance, but then frustrated by the choices of the protagonists. I always like to see some glimpse of something new in these books, as the themes of unrequited love and frustration are rather universal. And I'm a sucker for at least a somewhat happy ending. So, even though this isn't my absolute favorite type of book, this is well done and an enjoyable read.

How was the romance - decent. With dual protagonists, both clinging onto rather unhappy relationships in the start, the end was satisfying, and it would have been too rushed for both sisters to end up Happily Ever After.

What about their choices - ultimately, I'm ok. It always takes characters a growth arc to get where we (the readers) all know they need to get, but their journeys were realistic and not too much bashing my head against a wall moments.

Did I learn anything new - not a ton in this book. Triplets are a pain to have - I did not need a book to tell me that, but the portrayal was a nightmare. The mom trying to maintain a completely perfect facade just made her life all that much harder. I wanted to shake her, tell her to stop trying so hard to be perfect, and then give her a hug. Being a dress designer also means being an arm-chair psychologist for brides and their entourages - I figured that, but also enjoyed that behind the scenes glimpses. Old dogs fart a lot - I did not need a book to teach me that. Good thing I don't have scentovision with my audiobook. So, didn't really learn anything too new, but it wasn't boring, all the background going on while the characters do make their moves.

The best part of this book - there were several, but they all surrounded the under-qualified landlord Leo. There is Evandaer, Leo's star piano student, and Loki, Leo's ancient dog, and Leo himself, a guy who proclaims he is for "recreational purposes only." I'll probably give Kristan Higgins another go, as this was the first of her novels that I read.
