I saw the series on Netflix a few years ago and every so often, I was still thinking about it. Then I found out it was based on a book, and I had to read it. The show followed the book very well, and I was creeped out by the book as I was the show.

Honestly this was entertaining but it was also kind of boring at the same time. Nothing thrilling really happened so I kept wondering like what was gonna happen and what was the point. But the ending I did not see coming at all and I was shocked. I don’t know if I necessarily like it but I didn’t see it coming so there’s that.

Behind Her Eyes is brilliant - you will not see the end coming! The story moves along very fast between multiple perspectives and flashbacks that are all written very well. Another bonus is that most of the chapters are very short.

 This book is absolute nonsense, everybody is ridiculous and could use an extra brain cell (except maybe, Adele, who seems to have a galaxy brain take on life). The ending is so ludicrous it made me laugh out loud.

I did have fun reading, though, I guess that's all you can ask.
