The story itself wasn’t completely original, but it also wasn’t the same book I’ve read 5 times. Reminded me slightly of fight club, just more amateur. It was a little predictable and somewhat cringey. Regret actually buying it instead of borrowing from the library

This reads like a 14 year old watched Fight Club and said “yeah, I can do that!”
Except Logic was a 29 year old adult man when this released. It has none of the nuance any of the influences on this book contain and, frankly, borders on the offensive with the way mental health issues are used as the main driving element of the plot.
I did enjoy reading it, I must admit. It’s fast paced, funny at times, extremely cringeworthy at others.
Honestly, it’s worth a read if you go in expecting a ridiculous read of someone trying to be serious and completely falling flat.

This book is poorly written. It’s written in 1st person, but it reads as though the author can’t decide whether he is writing a character or just chatting with the audience. Maybe he’s using it as a device that makes sense later, but I won’t ever find out. The book does have a cool cover though, so that’s a plus.

Bitch...this is so. Bad. Every character is a trope. There is a bunch of racist jokes in it, and it's trying so hard to be clever. Painfully unfunny.

The reviews on this book didn’t give me high hopes but I actually loved it! Is it the most well-written book I’ve ever read? No. That isn’t the point, though. I found the first few chapters a little difficult to get through but after that, I couldn’t put this book down. I think this book paints a vivid picture of mental illness that more people need to see and understand.
