I’d describe this book as easy & fun. It was kind of like inception. I enjoyed the insight the book gives into the mind of someone struggling with mental health. In a weird way helped me realize how many times I argue with myself in my head. Not sure how I felt about the ending, started to get a bit confusing.

I read this book because my friend said it was her favorite book, so I gave it a go. Let me get this out of the way, the concept was really really good. But the way Logic wrote this book made me so confused. Still to this day I don't understand the ending, or what even happened. I think the one thing I did like about this book was the second part, which revealed the secret behind the first part and that was really good. But the way it's written makes the reader extremely confused. Give it a go if you want, but you've been warned: it's confusing.

Wow wow wow, such a different type of reading experience and such great sarcastic humor. This was definitely different and had never read something like it. I had something figured out but was still very shocked at the ending.

As much as I wanted to like this debut novel by Logic, it falls short in pretty much every single way for me.
Supermarket feels like an autobiography of Bobby Hall. Flynn's mannerisms, his way of speaking, his love for English and no other subjects... Combine this with the blatantly obvious and unnecessary breaking of the fourth wall at every opportunity, and as a reader you're left wondering if you are reading a story about Flynn, the main character, or Logic, the author.
Despite all this, it was still a fun read somehow. It's just not a very good book. Logic is not an author and it shows.

This book thinks it’s so smart.
Jack Kerouac already shat the only righteously male stream-of-consciousness novel the world can accommodate and sadly for all of us Fight Club has already been produced, filmed, released, and idolized by fake deep little boys - so why did Logic bother with this?
