Xander

I loved Cancer and Sam. I love the Sinclair family. The feels always hit but it's never too much, the men are completely swoon worthy and the female characters are always strong and witty. I will be looking forward to Liam

I did like Xander and Sam, and thought there was something off at the beginning when she showed up as his housekeeper. So, when one of her secrets was revealed, there was no great surprise. When her other secret was revealed after Xander revealed his secret, I was surprised he didn't react differently.

The book was ok, but the flow of the book felt different. I can't quite put my finger on it, but it didn't generate the same feeling as the previous Sinclair books. I would like to read Liam and Brook's book.

FINALLY!

A book about Xander!

I've been waiting for this for like forever it seems. I really wanted to know about what happened to him and his parents since he was the only witness to their death and he almost died that night as well. BUT the twist that the Sam, the new girl visiting the town and supposedly the girl for Xander, was the main reason as to why Xander and his parents were even attacked in the first place was a bomb to my brain. I didn't see that coming at all.

HOWEVER, Sam and Xander were perfect for each other. They definitely complimented each other and helped ease and eventually erase their horrible pasts. They both had great loss in their lives: Xander with his parents, Sam with her entire family.

I loved how this story was written and how they found and healed each other. It was written perfectly and I just loved the happy ending. I'm so happy that all of the Sinclair's found someone to help and heal them somehow. Their perfect half.

I could totally see myself rereading this series again too. Probably soon. Maybe next year. Who knows?!? But I will.

I hope the next book is about Liam, who is Tessa's brother.

I liked this one a lot more than the previous book. Xander has very real problems, esp compared to the ones presented in the other stories. I do wish there was one of these stories where the women don't have some intense tragedy or hardship plaguing them because it begins to read a bit redundant as I go through the series. I do think this is the best of the series that I've read and I'm very interested in reading more.

Book 6 in J.S. Scott’s Sinclair series.
Xander has always struggled with the death of his parents and questions why he survived. As a result he became self destructive and turned to drugs and alcohol to dull the world.
After another rehab try Xander is Home in Maine sober and drug free but his brothers are convinced he’ll stick it out. They hire Samantha to help with house and look after Xander. Xander doesn’t want the complications that Samantha presents but can’t seem to make her leave.
Absolutely great twist with Xander pass as well as Samantha definitely looking forward to more with Liam.
Really liking how the books develop in this series even with so many in it so far not a bad book in any of this writers storyline which can be very difficult with many in series but also different series coming together like the the billionaire and the Sinclair series do.

Le tome que j'ai le moins aimé ...
Leur première fois était juste ... Ultra bizarre.
Et puis je ne sais pas, oui ça finit bien mais contrairement aux autres couples que j'avais adoré, là j'ai trouvé que ça faisait un peu trop artificiel ...

The tome I liked the least ...
Their first time was just ... Ultra weird.
And then I don't know, yes it ends well but unlike the other couples I loved, there I found that it was a bit too artificial ...

This was a nice story but I don't think I enjoyed it as much as the others in this series. I think it was interesting, with him being an addict and how they were sort of linked without him knowing it.

I do like this series its pretty good with the twists and reading each characters hang ups and how they deal with them or don't deal with them as the case usually is.

Xander and Sam were so good for each other.

Sam knew dealing with Xander will not be easy, but she didnt lose hope, faith and the will to fight along side Xander.

I admired the dedication and hard work. The struggle is all too real and difficult for all parties involved.

I have been waiting on Xander’s story. It did not disappoint at all. I love these stories that interact and have connection so we don’t lose these characters we fell in love with. I know well the dangers of opioid addiction and how it fractures families. Xander’s story felt so real! Love the emotions that felt real between these two. Don’t miss this story!
