This is only the second book I have read that describes itself as an “Epic” and it absolutely lived up to that description. Red Rabbit is a western horror folk taletearing through the country side where ghosts, witches, demons, and ghouls reside. Examining destiny vs choice; fate, free will, and consequence. All while staring down the long barrel of revolver. A story that would make Leone happy and Raimi titter.

Wow, what a journey! 

Witches, ghouls, devils, shapeshifters, and a band of misfits encountering them all. A grueling adventure with a happy ending. 

I was hooked from the first chapter and loved every word of this book. I loved the different POVs. I loved the linear (I think that’s the proper term) timelines. I just all around loved this book!
