This is such an unusual idea for a novel but I thought I would go with it, and ended up loving it. I love the way you are introduced to the characters (newspaper entries), then I really had to suspend disbelief as the male lead interacted with a character from one of his novels! And the ending? Well, its not what I expected and still not sure about it but I AM sure that I'm glad I read this book.

بداية و قبل كل شيء فلنتفق على ان لغيوم ميسو اُسلوب مختلف كثيراً عن اقرانه .. يمكن وصفه بالجذاب فتقريبا كل ما قراته له من كتابات تركتها لاكملها في وقت لاحق و انا مرغم .. كاتب تأخذك كلماته لعالم اخر

I enjoyed reading this book regardless of the faulty translation and the usage of many English words that could be easily translated to Arabic!
The story itself is catching. Mixes romance and comedy. The beginning was a bit dull and not exciting, pieces of news articles about the main character,
but later on the story picks up and becomes enthralling and you get wrapped up in the events. I loved the ending and the little surprise there. Can't judge the style of the auther as I read the book in Arabic

Nice book, but I feel like the author tried to put too much in it. Some elements did not feel like they really added value to the story.

Sentimenti contrastanti per questo libro.
Ci mette un po' ad ingranare, ma poi scorre liscio come l'olio e prende parecchio.
E' come un puzzle, i cui tasselli sono sparsi nel libro, capitolo dopo capitolo, e la figura va a delinearsi nella mente del lettore.
Rabbia, anzi no, nervoso, perchè i protagonisti sono sempre un passo indietro. Però, se non fosse così, non ci sarebbe storia.
Meraviglia, stupore, perchè finisce in un modo che mai mi sarei immaginata. Una fine non banale, scontata ma sbalorditiva.
Insomma, 4 stelline piene.
La sua più grande paura era perderla, anche se non sapeva bene nemmeno lui cosa intendesse con quel verbo.
Non ci si deve credere più forti di quello che si è.
I legami si creano e si sciolgono, così è la vita. Una mattina uno resta e l'altro se ne va, senza che si sappia mai il perchè.
Niente è mai scontato, niente è mai predestinato.
La cosa più difficile non è ottenere quello che si vuole, ma conservarlo.
In fondo che cos'è un libro? Semplici lettere allineate in un dato ordine sulla carta. Per creare un racconto non basta avervi messo la parola fine. E' il lettore che gli da vita.
E' inevitabile: prima o poi la vita vera finisce sempre per riprendere il sopravvento sulla fantasia.

Je l'ai lu pour un de mes cours de français, je ne lis pas vraiment d'auteur québécois habituellement donc, j'avais de grosse attente vis a vis ce livre vu les "review" sur ce livre et sa note de 4.04 sur goodreads. J'ai été déçu, l'histoire était de long en large, elle s’étalait partout sans but précis. L'histoire, qui m'attirais au début, est vite devenue longue et pénible, il y avait trop de blabla pour moi a L'entour de cette "aventure" que les personnages ont a affronté. Bien que selon moi l'histoire aurait pus être beaucoup plus intéressante à lire, le style d'écriture de l'auteur m'a donner un froid, mais je peu comprendre l'intérêt que l'histoire a la fois invraisemblable et vraisemblable pouvait suscité chez certains lecteurs. Ce n'est malheureusement pas un livre que je relirait ou achèterais afin d'en avoir une copie dans ma collection personnelle, ce n'est pas un livre pour tous les lecteurs.
A vos risque et péril, Bonne lecture, en espérant que sa lecture vous soit plus plaisante que la mienne.

Une lecture agréable et des passages et personnages sympathiques. Cependant, ce reste un 3/5 car certains passages manquaient quelque peu de finesse.

سقطت بيلي من جملة في كتابه الثاني ضمن سلسلة ثلاثية الملائكة التي لم يستطع إكمالها لأن حبيبته هجرته. و مع ما حدث لآخر الطبعات فإن حياة بيلي في خطر... يتوجه صديقاه للبحث عن النسخة الأخيرة للكتاب، بينما يأخذ هو بيلي إلى طبيب في باريس قصد معالجتها و هناك يواصل الكتابة و يأتيه الإلهام و تنجو هي و ترحل إلى سلسلة الملائكة.
في النهاية، بيلي شخصية مستأجرة من صديقه لمساعدة إلهامه.
يعني بيلي مجرد ممثلة! و هو الذي أحبها و ظن أنه لن يراها مجددا إلى بين أسطر كتبه.. يخط لها مشاعره في كتاب عنوانه فتاة من ورق، و يجتمعان.
أحب هذا الكتاب كثيرا، ربما هو المفضل عندي في كتبه.
أحب علاقة توم بصديقه، فعليا لقد فعل المستحيل من أجله.. أحب فكؤة الكتاب.. ذكية جدا و رائعة..

كتاب جد رائع، أنصح به و بشدة.
