Ikigai: The Japanese Secret to a Long and Happy Life by Francesc Miralles, Héctor García Puigcerver
umerfaruk1's review against another edition
Just mumbo jumbo.
On a point he argues in favor of activity and then he's advocating lethargy.
In the beginning he is condemning stagnation and in the conclusio he is all praise for staying where you are.
Nothing but crap.
Just eat good, exercise, and relax.

So poorly written. Doesn’t really talk at all about the concept and what that looks like in the context of the Japanese people who follow this life style. Uses it just as a kind of jumping board to talk about a bunch of other random stuff.

Amazing self-help book besides the Buddhism part as a Muslim.
