Super entertaining for what it was! I just happened to scroll through the free books on Audible, came across this and it was short and free so I randomly decided to try it out. I’m glad I did! I feel like the best way to describe the feeling of listening to it would be a fantasy sitcom in audiobook form. It was funny, fast paced, and had an entertaining plot and cast of characters. Now, am I giving this 5 stars because it was a literary work of art and it was the most amazing thing I’ve read? No. However, it is absolutely 5 stars for what it is - a free fantasy/comedy/dark novella series.

for the first book, I gave this a hard 4 star rating. I was throughly entertained, and it held my attention. I wasn't sure how this story was going to go, and often times stories like this either get really cheesy or just predictable. I was pleasantly surprised when the storyline started to make sense and pick up. I like where this is going, and it was a quick read, which makes me want to read these even more. downloaded the second book
