Honestly book's told by the Animal's perspective will always be my favorite. They are more genuine, unfiltered and pure. There were even a few parts that got me really strongly emotionally. This book also reinforces some of my beliefs without being super pushy about it for someone who may not believe in the same thing. I would definitely read more by Cameron.

Third book of the series and this one was definitely my favourite! I just can’t get over how well Bruce Cameron writes his stories from the perspective of a dog, it’s written beautifully!

Absolutely loved the characters and the story line in this one! I would definitely recommend this series if you are looking for a heart warming, fun filled, dog loving story!

This entire series melts my dog-loving heart, and this one is no exception. Easy to read and full of emotion. I think this would've done better as a standalone, and I'm not sure how I feel about the ending. But as long as these books keep being written, I'll keep reading them, because I can't resist a good story about a good dog.

A great continuation of The Dog's Purpose series. If you've enjoyed the other books, you'll love this one too!

The third in the series, A Dog's Promise, is every bit as good as the first two in the series. I laughed & cried along with Bailey & Lacey on their journey with Ethan's family. Seriously though Bruce, I think poor Bailey's earnt his rest now! The constant coming back is getting repetitive & poor Bailey is going to get schizophrenia if he keeps on with all the coming & going lol

This book was a very quick read for me. It helps that I love this series and the author. I would read it in succession of the first two books because after 2 years I did forget a few of the characters mentioned.
