nice palate cleanser books but still really enjoyed this one! i feel all the stories are essentially the same (which i don't mind) but i really liked the issues in this story and tiffany overcoming them!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.5/5 stars
At this point I know what I'm getting. I just wish there was a little bit less snark about the other women from whoever the current protagonist is.

This one was ok, took me a bit longer to get through than the others. I appreciated that the author (finally?) confronted some of the terrible things some of the women went through in the first book but I felt a bit uncomfortable in some way too.. it’s just a bit of a heavy subject but in a light-hearted setting or way? And it just fit weird for me.
I am surprised to see so many reviews hating Tiffany and being annoyed with her. I felt like she was completely understandable as a character based on what she had been through and I actually didn’t even have any negative thought toward her behaviour, all made sense to me. I liked her and how real and vulnerable she was.
I felt the MMC Salukh was a bit bland though. I did like his quiet confidence and how he saw her really when no one else did, despite all the interest she was garnering buuuut I dunno, he was kind of meh as a character.
Anyway, not my fave of the series but still good overall.
