It’s a good book, not my favorite. The start was a little slow for my taste, but the last 100 pages were good.

This book felt so different from the other 3 books. Christian Harper is morally grey and Stella is his polar opposite! I started this book by hating the MMC (Christian) but then Christian wormed his way into my heart and I MELTED… by the end of the book, I was in tears. This book tugged at my heart strings in ways that the other 3 books did not. I loved seeing the character growth in both Stella & Christian but Stella’s was my favorite. She learned to stand up for herself and not allow others opinions to dissuade her.

Of all the Twisted men Christian Harper is the most dangerous..and the most attractive. A man who would burn the world to protect the woman he loves, what more could a girl want? Stella and Christian have a sweet and dark romance, making their story the perfect way to end this series. Loved the happy endings for all the Twisted characters.

This was quite the read to end the Twisted series. It was a slow burn adult romance with a hot spice level. I really enjoyed the character of Stella. She seemed like a realistic and relatable female MC. I connected with her social media influencer life a bit and loved her journaling aspect of writing within the story. I found her independence and lack of communication with her family/friends to be foreign and interesting for someone that lives her life so publicly online. Both Stella and Christian had some extreme denial in regards to their feelings. A lot of the feelings, insecurities, family/childhood traumas, and toxic family dynamics were sad to read about. Christian was quite the mysterious, dangerous, and intriguing male MC. His traumas and self-loathing ran deep and broke my heart to read about. The slow burn romance started to ramp up and I was enjoying the journey, so I knew something was going to drop and figured it would be Christian’s fault. Despite their separation, the events that brought them back together were plausible. Overall, this was a great adult romance read and finale to this series. I think I’ll be reading the next Huang series soon!
