I actually enjoyed this one more than any of the others recently. I guess since things are finally coming to a head, everything feels more important and urgent.

I definitely enjoyed this one more than I have the past few in the series. It was more exciting and fast paced.

At the time that I read these books, I absolutely loved them. However, as I have learned more of the Bible & the theories of eschatology, I'm not so sure how I feel about the theology within these books. As far as a book to read but not pay much attention to the theology, it's a pretty fun read. :)

gave one of these books a try because, you know, as a good atheist you need to be open to both sides of the argument. I tried to approach it with an open mind, the story it tells wouldn't really be that bad, yet the writing style is very simplistic (easy read) and just not very good at all. Don't think this should even be recommended to religious types...

Armageddon is one of the best Left Behind books in the series. This one is probably one of the saddest as well, featuring several major character deaths. [Spoiler Alert] Chloe dies in this one. I, for one, had started growing annoyed with Chloe as the series progressed. However, her death here completely redeemed her character, at least for me. this storyline was very emotional, touching, and moving. I can't even imagine how Buck feels. Another death here is Albie. Although we don't get to know him that well, how he died was just really sad and just as moving as the death of Steve Plank in one of the previous books. At the end of the book, another major character dies, although it was not revealed if it was Buck or Rayford. Either way, I was completely saddened by this death even though they will come back in a day, more or less.

Happy Saturday friends! I’m stunned that this is the 11th book in the series and it’s almost over. I’ve enjoyed this series immensely and have learned so much. I’ve grown to love the characters and want to know more about them. And sadly, many have been killed in the attacks.

In this book, a couple of our main characters have died for the cause. They’ve stayed true to God and refused the mark of the beast and because of that, they were murdered. The sad thing is, I can see this truly becoming real. Obviously the Lord is coming back but, it’s still hard to believe these things will happen. What we need to be awake for is that it WILL happen and to avoid this, we have to be right with God. We have to give it all to him, he created us, he gave us life and he will be the one we see when we get to heaven.

I enjoyed this one and admittedly didn’t start reading until this past week so, it was an easy read that was easy to keep up with. The story was written well and I felt like the characters all got an equal part in the action. Five stars as usual and a definite must read!
