Loved the trip through Helheim! The Norse Pagan lore was amazing and pretty correct. The plot was very intriguing. I can't wait to read the next one.

This story grabbed my attention from the start there where a few things in the beginning that I thought where a bit repetitive when he kept saying that he wanted to drain her however the farther I got the more it made sense. I love the Norse mythology take on the book as well as its still about Elves. The slow trust building relationship over the adventure they end up on that im sure will bloom in to more in the next book is also great and im not normally into the super slow burn relationship but for this book it works and I really enjoyed it. I cant wait to see where their relationship takes them next and where is story will go. I highly recommend this book * I received this ARC in return for an honest review*

Guys, I gotta be honest here... this cover is misleading. After many recommendations I finally decided to not judge the book by its cover, and I was pleasantly surprised. Urban fantasy isn’t really my genre, but I feel like this one did a decent job. The story was developed enough for me to give the second book a shot when it comes out.
