Is it me or do the writing seems hurry. I feel as if every one are talking in hurry way and doing things very fast. But it was good. Very good actually. all the characters are familiar nothing new there. I felt sorry for Joe and Megan there are the once who were forced to do things which they dint want to do and suffered because of her (Eve). I liked all the characters except Eve this time. Its good, its fast nothing new but nonetheless good reading.

It was good to tie in Megan and Eve. I can't wait to read the next book to see what happens.

This book was great! It was fast-paced, suspenseful, and really built me up for the next novel in the series - ended with a twist. I loved seeing Megan Blair for Pandora's Daughter reappear in the book and I have a sneaking suspicion it won't be the last I see of her. Can't wait to find out what happens next!

Started another series mid-stream. Interesting plot twist at the end that I'm eager to see where it goes.

I really enjoyed this book it brought a lot of characters from past books together which was great! I will say after I finished reading this I did have to go back and reread Pandoras Daughter and Stalemate since I couldnt' remember everything that they were talking about or that had happened to a few characters in previous books that was referenced So that would be my only suggestion unless you have an excellent memory!
I would also this this book is good because Iris Johansen is blending two story lines together. Eve Duncan with Michael Travis--Notice they both have CIA Veneable in there :)--common link

Listened to the audiobook. The reader was annoying...her Columbian accent sounded more Transylvanian to me.

3.5 stars. Eve Duncan is in pursuit of the man she believes killed her daughter. Another page-turner, but I did find this one to be a little over-dramatic at times. Still a fun read, though.
