Well, this was an absolutely delightful trilogy and ended with my favourite read (and couple!) of the bunch.

Eve & Jacob are two absolutely tender-hearted souls hiding deliciously dirty sides. Their sexy times are absolutely 🔥🌶🔥, I wish there were more than the 2 scenes because they were smokin' hot!

It always take me a while to get into her books for some reason but once I do get into them I am hooked. But I'm not sure if it's because I read this series back to back or what but the way she formats her books was starting to get repetitive. Meaning I've caught onto the pattern of the two characters essentially not feeling each other at first but for some reason during all this anguish still develop an attraction for one another. Then throughout the book they're hiding their feelings from one another because both parties feel the other doesn't feel the same way plus both also have their own baggage to assort so the idea of forming a romantic relationship would be outlandish. But then they can't hide their feelings any longer which leads to steamy sex then everything's all good and sweet and them boom third act breakup just for it to get resolved in a chapter or two. Then they live happily ever after.

Now of course that's just the gist of it. There is much more to this book then that synopsis. It still contains the same Talia charm, humor, and found family. And I'm not by all means saying this story feel flat for me I just thought it was fine and I completely understand why people love this book. (Personally wasn't a complete fan of Jacob; at times I thought he was too mean to her)

Eve was completely relatable. I resonated with the "failed her driver's test seven times" line that resonated with me. She's just a ball of energy and she seem like someone I'd definitely be friends with. Her having trouble with succeeding hit like a brick. We love Eve over here!

I like how she's able to distinguish all the sisters and their love interest. All their personalities are different. And I admire her also tackling challenging topics in her books as well. Oh and also I like how Tailia doesn't emphasize marriage as being the happily ever after for these couples. Not once did anyone get married and I thought that fit the story's circumstances; so good on her for that. I'll definitely be reading more of her books because my goodness she's so funny and writes good banter.

But like we never got an update on Jacob's arm. Did it eventually heal. Like what happened?

This was definitely my favorite from the Brown sisters series! Both Eve and Jacob were fully developed and incredibly lovable. Talia Hibbert never fails to have amazing representation in her books and this one truly wowed me. It was so sweet and comforting. I never wanted this series to end!

This is a British romantic comedy and the humor is witty, sarcastic, and a bit dark at times.

The characters are flawed but the main couple do have chemistry.

The story might be a bit simple but it has a good message and ending.
