Just delightful. I’ve met all the Brown sisters and it’s no easy decision to choose a favourite, so I’m not going to! However, I think perhaps this book is my favourite of the three in this series.

Loved:
• the cute B&B setting
• the 🔥 connection between Eve and Jacob
• the nuanced exploration of how hard it can be to understand, accept, and love all parts of yourself
• all of the witty quips a girl could wish for
• perfect balance of tenderness and humour

If there were 5 more Brown sisters I wouldn’t be mad about it. A favourite of the year for sure!

This book made me fall in love with the idea of love and reconsider the way that I view my autism diagnosis— this book makes me feel so so so beautiful for it. I made the mistake of picking up this book while I was out picking up stuff to help me move and spent my packing time reading this book in one sitting. I recommend it to everyone I really love and think about rereading it every time I pick up a new book.

Super cute book!! This was the first Brown sisters book I’ve read (by accident, I’ll probably go back and read the others now!), and I really enjoyed it. Initially I had a tough time getting into the style of the writing, but once I realized they were british and got used to it, I liked the author’s style. It’s pretty cute and fluffy (the pond scene🥺🥺), also a lot spicier than I initially expected! A lot of Eve’s struggles really hit home for me as well, so I personally related/enjoyed reading that. It’s a little formulaic and there’s not a whole lot of plot, but all the characters are very lovable and it’s a good romance, so I don’t mind! Would definitely recommend :)
