A slow start, shaky middle, but a redemptive ending

I really enjoyed the first half of the book. But must admit the constant mention of wanting to kill each other made me slightly uncomfortable. I find that the second half draged a little and the book kind lost me at the third act breakup (I must admit that I don't like third act breakups in general - they stress me out). I really liked the romance and the steamy parts if the book were well written.
But all in all this book is a funny and cute ending to the brown sisters trilogy. I am a bit sad that the series ended.

after reading chloe brown i didn’t think it was possible for me to love and relate to a book character so much but somehow eve brown proved me wrong. i wholeheartedly adored everything about this book.
i can personally relate to the struggle of not knowing what the fuck to do with your life and having your family constantly berate you for it. i love eve for not making me feel alone in that.
in my mind eve isn’t even a character, she’s another version of myself and jacob is my boyfriend. yes he’s mine. the banter was sooo fucking good, it literally made me wish i was living her life.
i feel like my review won’t even do this book justice so i’ll stop talking and just say it’s amazing and that you need to read it. 6/5
