I very reluctantly loved this book because it gave me everything I'm looking for in something that I wish I didn't read

In general, I absolutely recommend that you read this only if you are willing to deal with the fact that you did. It is an extremely interesting book written by a good author who is exposing a deep level of discomfort in experiencing the worst of the self. Don't read it unless you feel prepared to face that.
