“Crows remember human faces. They remember the people who feed them, who are kind to them. And the people who wrong them too.”

Continues the compelling story to a natural, satisfying point; wraps up character arcs, and then... Ends. Miraculous stuff.

So happy I was rereading this and watching the show at the same time. This book is equally fast-paced, action-packed and full of surprises just like the first one. The ending is SO GOOD AND HEARTBREAKING AND ROMANTIC. Its everything and more- definitely the best books in the whole grishaverse.

I wish there was more in this series because I couldn’t possibly get enough of these characters.
I didn’t super love the Shadow and Bone trilogy but this duology is incredible.

Still amazing and now having read the Grisha trilogy first I understand the cameos a lot better. Still don't think it's necessary to read the two series in that particular order though.
