Brendan Fraiser is seriously really good at reading books out loud! I am really enjoying this.
Ok, I enjoyed the book until the end when it kept dragging and dragging and finally at then it ends which ended up being completely diappointing. The ending just wasn't all that satisfying for me. I guess maybe she was leaving it open for another book, but I really hope not. I feel that she has told her story and needs to leave it where it is.
Also, I was not feeling the love story between Meggie and Farid. And I certainly did not like the basis of her choice for staying in the Inkworld---knowing that Farid would never go back with her to her world. I just didn't find Farid to be that great of a character and I felt that the author just threw them together in order to have a love story.

I am reading this series with Margot (9) and we are both really enjoying it.

This book is also really good. Meggie and Farid go into inkheart. But everything is not right; a prince is dead, his father is depressed, and a bad guy is about to be the new king.
