This series is ‘my stars’!! I loved this series so so much!!! It was so bittersweet to see it ending, but it ended in a very satisfying and heartwarming way. There was so much growth with these characters, and the bond that formed between them is so beautiful. I find it hard to say goodbye to them. They have been in such good, capable, loving hands and it showed in every thought, every purr, and every decision that was made. Marlena’s passion for them showed in her writing. Also the world, it started out one way, but was changed by an evil man, and as these characters see these changes they come to realize how wonderful it was and are determined to take it back and rebuild. This last book is filled with friendship, love, acceptance and determination. It was the most perfect conclusion that she could have written!!! I would love to someday see a spin-off series from this!!
