Letdown read. I thought the storyline was predictable, the romance was forced, and the characters were hollow.  Lacked character development and threw away some interesting side characters. The twist at the end left me interested, but I still may or may not read the next book.

The premise of the book is honestly something I would normally really enjoy. However, the FMC has the powers of a badass and has a great personality BUT the romantic plotline makes her become so annoying. While at the end it makes sense why she was so obsessed with the male character, I still hate how she loses who she is with the male. Unsure at this moment if I'll read the next one but it was a nice, fun read.
