Such a personal and insightful telling of the relationship between a secret service agent and Mrs. Kennedy. Clint Hill vividly describes the beloved First Lady, her life and the tinge of sadness that shrouded it after the assassination. His writing is so personal and made me feel that I was given a sneak peak into a very private life.

This is a beautiful, coffee table sort of book, meant simply to be enjoyed - albeit with a tinge of sadness.

4. Wonderful descriptions of trips the author took while serving as Secret Service agent relating to Mrs. Kennedy. Author was the agent who clambered up onto the back of the car the day Kennedy was shot. Moving account of Hill's relationship with Mrs. Kennedy. Lots of photos. And I still have the acknowledgement card I got from Mrs. Kennedy following the president's death...

What an interesting book this was! Thank you to the author and his wife for compiling these memories with wonderful photos to help us understand Mrs. Kennedy - what her life was like with President Kennedy, and then, what she endured after his assassination. And, of course, her deep and trusting relationship with the author.
